Description
If you are passionate about customer service and know how to use a computer, this office assistant volunteer position is for you.
Selection requirements:
Availability from Monday to Friday.
Database maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Feel comfortable making calls to donors.
The volunteer has the following duties:
Respect and take care of the material resources that the organization makes available to you.
To actively support the organization, to the best of their ability and willingness, by participating and collaborating with it, as well as with all its members, whether they are professionals or volunteers.
Maintain, where appropriate, confidentiality of the information received and learned in the course of your voluntary activity.

The volunteer has the following duties:
Where possible, fulfill the commitments made in an agreement between the organization and the volunteer, respecting its aims and regulations.
Actively participate in the organization.
Act diligently and with solidarity.
Respect and take care of the material resources that the organization makes available to you.

Maintain , where appropriate, confidentiality of the information received and learned in the course of your voluntary activity.
What is an Ambassador?
The Ambassador makes sure that everyone in his parish or school is aware of the radio and the various ways to tune in to it.
What is the commitment?
The average time commitment is approximately 50 hours per year. The minimum commitment includes:
Keep Radio Santísimo Sacramento materials available in the parish and place orders with the Coordinator when supplies are scarce.
Participate in parish events with a table to offer marketing materials. Visit catechists or RCIA instructors.
Send, when requested, the items to be included in the parish bulletin or the parent newsletter.
Organize an information table at the parish ministry fair (promotional materials are provided).
Promote the radio retreat by sharing the message from the pulpit and offering information after Mass on occasional Sundays (promotional materials are provided).
