“Modern means of social communication are indispensable for evangelization and the edification of the minds and hearts of the faithful… Effective support should be given to good radio and television programs, especially those directed toward families. Catholic programs should be promoted so that those who receive them can learn about the life of the Church and the truths of the faith. An effort should also be made to start Catholic radio stations.”
