SECTION 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MANDATORY PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Informational Meetings: Participants will attend 3 informational and spiritual preparation meetings, held either in person or via Zoom. These gatherings will help us prepare spiritually, review trip details, and answer any questions you may have; your participation is essential.

Physical and Health Condition: This pilgrimage is an encounter with God that also requires some physical effort. Good health is important, as is being prepared to walk—sometimes distances of approximately 1 kilometer—and climb long flights of stairs (such as those at Cerrito del Tepeyac).

Active Communication: Pilgrims must maintain active communication within the official pilgrimage WhatsApp group.

Registration Form: After making your initial payment, you must complete the official form and submit it at the first meeting or email it to: peregrinaciones@radiosantisimosacramento.com.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT PLAN

Double Room (shared): $1,995.00 USD per person

Single Room (private): $2,395.00 USD per person

Initial Deposit (Registration): $500.00 USD (Non-refundable), payable upon completing the initial payment form. First Installment (50% of the total): Must be paid no later than September 15, 2026.

Final Payment (100% of the balance): Must be settled before October 15, 2026.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The $500.00 USD registration deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

Flights: Once the airline ticket has been paid for or issued, no refund will be made for the cost of the flight in the event of participant cancellation.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to peregrinaciones@radiosantisimosacramento.com.

No partial or full refunds will be issued after October 15. Prior to that date, any refund will be subject to administrative circumstances already incurred and remains entirely at the discretion and judgment of the radio station's administration.

4. SERVICES INCLUDED AND NOT INCLUDED

Includes: Flights, 6 hotel nights (3.5★ to 4★), 6 buffet breakfasts and 6 meals, private A/C transportation, certified bilingual guide and coordinator, arrangement of private Masses, "Route of Miracles" Pilgrim Kit, water during tours, and taxes.

Does not include: Dinners, tips, personal expenses, and comprehensive international medical insurance.

Baggage and Fare Increase Clause:

Included Baggage: The base pilgrimage fare includes only the right to fly with carry-on baggage (one carry-on bag and one small personal item that fits under the seat, with a combined weight limit set by the airline of 10 kg / 22 lbs).

Checked Baggage: The cost of checking additional baggage in the hold is NOT included in the total trip price. Any participant wishing to check luggage must cover that cost themselves and make the payment directly to Aeroméxico (either during the online check-in process or directly at the airport).

Excess Baggage and Penalties: The Radio is not responsible for charges related to overweight, oversized, or additional baggage applied by the airline.

Roommate Assignment:

Pilgrims traveling alone who wish to secure the Double Room rate ($1,995 USD) must indicate this on their Registration Form. The Radio will assign a roommate of the same gender from among the participants registered under the same conditions.

No-Surcharge Guarantee (No Single Supplement Charged):

If the Radio is unable to find a roommate for the participant by the assignment deadline (October 15, 2026), the Radio will cover the cost difference. In this case, the pilgrim will retain the Double Room rate ($1,995 USD) and enjoy a Single Room at no additional charge or supplement.

(Note: If the pilgrim prefers and explicitly requests from the start to travel alone in a private Single Room without participating in the roommate assignment process, the regular Single Room rate of $2,395 USD will apply.)

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE (PILGRIM'S RESPONSIBILITY)

The land package does not include comprehensive international medical insurance. Each participant is fully responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. We suggest getting a quote from:

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, AND MEDICAL CONSENT

(One per person)

On behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, executors, and personal representatives, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radio Santísimo Sacramento (“The Radio”) and the Diocese of Sacramento, along with their officers, directors, agents, employees, and representatives, from any injury, illness, or death resulting from or related to my participation in this activity.

Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and release the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action—including claims related to communicable diseases—arising from my participation in the aforementioned activity, whether brought by me or by my family members, heirs, assigns, executors, or personal representatives.

I understand that participating in this activity involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily accept those risks.

In the event that I require medical attention and am unable to communicate my wishes to the attending medical professionals, I authorize the administration of necessary medical treatment. Please inform the medical staff that I have the following conditions:
